Dear buyers of Ulefone Future
Thank you for supporting us with your trust, money, and patience. But we are terribly sorry to tell you that you need to wait some more days for your phone to be sent out, because we have just lately managed to resolve the difficulties with the production of the device. We apologize for the delay and hope you don’t blame our retail partners since its the responsibility Ulefone should take.
We believe many of you have ordered Ulefone Future for its bezel-less display and CNC-cutting metal uni-body. But both components require very complex technique and the yield rate is quite low, while we don’t allow any blemish to appear on our flagship product when it reaches your hand. That’s why it takes considerably more time for production.
Since we have improved the producing procedure and sped up output, we’ll be able to begin the supply of Ulefone Future to our retailer partners from next week. And before the end of June, all orders will be fulfilled when shipping of the model will go normal. We’ll be so grateful if you can support us with more patience.
In addition, we’ll replace the silicon case in your package with a better one which we supposed to sell separately. The upgraded case looks better and will offer extra protection to the display and cover of your phone. We know it’s barely enough to compensate you for long waiting, but please still take it as our expression of apology.
Sorry again for the delay and we promise you will receive a perfect smartphone.
