We all know Ulefone Paris, also the Be Touch series, has a metal chassis between the front and rear sides. But do you know how it is made? It’s natural to think it is forged with high pressure, while that’s not true. It was made out by cutting, in order to keep the natural texture of metal. The below is video to show the process.
In the beginning, a metal sleeve, which had been shaped in mold, was roughly sliced into pieces by a computerized numerical control (CNC) cutting machine. Then the pieces went through some fine cutting and polishing in order to have a smooth curved surface. The ultimate and most impressive part is laser welding, which was finished in like a second for every piece of frame.
We have been insisting on making phones that are not only handy but also beautiful. That’s why we have always cooperated with the component suppliers and processing manufacturers to guarantee premium finish.
